The 2020 Jeep® Gladiator Mojave is the first Jeep model to earn the Desert Rated badge. This badge highlights the ability of the Jeep® Gladiator Mojave to handle tough and grueling desert conditions, as well as high speeds in any off-road environment.

The 2020 Jeep® Gladiator Mojave is due to be in showrooms during the second quarter of 2020, and it’s the first vehicle to launch with this new badge, making it particularly attractive to off-road drivers and enthusiasts. Keep reading to find out more about what this Jeep has to offer, and to get an idea of its ability when it comes to off-road performance.

Performance Specs and Off-Road Design

As you would expect from the first Jeep model to bear the Desert Rated badge, it has been packed with a huge line of performance and off-road design features.

The 2020 Jeep® Gladiator Mojave is half an inch taller than the other Jeep® Gladiator models and rides on 33-inch Falken Wildpeak All-Terrain tires. The Mojave also features FOX front hydraulic jounce bumpers, specially tuned high-performance FOX 2.5-inch internal bypass shocks, and military-grade suspension fluid.

The inclusion of these performance features on the Gladiator Mojave allows for optimal handling, comfort, and bottom-out resistance while driving through desert sand or other grueling off-road conditions. The Gladiator Mojave also features a one-inch front suspension lift and bears a silver front skid plate.

The 2020 Jeep® Gladiator Mojave is powered by the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine with a six-speed automatic transition, this engine pumps out an impressive 285 horsepower, with 260 pound-feet of torque. This low range torque helps the Mojave to tackle the most demanding conditions, both on and off the road.

The traction and handling provided by the 2020 Jeep® Gladiator Mojave allows it to adapt to any conditions with ease, and will certainly impress all off-road enthusiasts. This vehicle will be joining showrooms across the US during the second quarter of 2020.
